Returns, exchanges, refunds
Currently, we do not accept exchanges.
Return Policy
We at Glameur New York back up our items with 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within thirty (30) days upon purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new, unused condition. [(40) days upon purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for international orders].
Please DO NOT return anything that's used or worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way, or missing security seal. These are not covered by our return policy and we will only destroy it and your refund forfeited. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygienic liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: earrings, ear cuffs, panties, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."
We collect a 15% restocking fee from the total amount of items purchased, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, once we receive the item/s back.
Return shipping shall be the buyer's responsibility. We want you to ensure that we receive your return, and we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance. We will only refund after we receive the returned item/s.
International Orders:
We are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing:
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit:
